Partners in Program Planning for Adolescent Health

The Partners in Program Planning for Adolescent Health (PIPPAH) is a public/private initiative created by the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Office of Adolescent Health. It includes representatives from the following professional organizations whose members provide important health services for children, adolescents, and their families:

  • American Academy of Pediatrics
  • American Bar Association
  • American College of Preventive Medicine
  • City MatCH
  • Healthy Teen Network
  • National Association of County and City Health Officials
  • National Conference of State Legislatures
  • National Institute for Health Care Management Foundation

  • PIPPAH’s goal is to coordinate and enhance each organization’s adolescent health activities through active collaboration with the Office of Adolescent Health and other organizations that address the comprehensive health needs of adolescents at the national, state and local levels. NAHIC provides technical expertise in developing its activities; presents relevant information at meetings of the member organizations; and assists with the development and dissemination of resource materials.
